Side, Rear and Loft Extensions

Over the years we have built several side, loft and rear extensions across various locations, often working in confined sites with limited access.

Refurbishments

We have undertaken many back to brick complete refurbishments of existing properties, often listed buildings. Sometimes just retaining a small percentage of the original property and then rebuilding the entire home working alongside the professional team to deliver modern homes behind original listed facades.

Basements

We have completed basements in SW London and Mayfair working in confined complex sites with strict rules and regulations, yet still delivering on time and budget.

Shell & Core

We have also undertaken complex structural shell and core works prior to final fit-out by others. We successfully delivered a complete facade retention shell and core project. This included a new structural layout, adding an additional floor, roof extensions, new basement, plus a new internal lift shaft to a large residential property in Mayfair. The project required careful and considered structural works due to the adjacent residential properties. All rigorously monitored by movement sensors and the watchful eye of the Grosvenor Estate.

New Builds

Often simpler than refurbishment, a new build project allows us to start with a blank piece of paper allowing complete freedom during the design, and best of all a clear site providing us plenty of space to work during the build.
