Working alongside leading architects, structural engineers and interior designers we have undertaken many diverse and rewarding projects. Side, rear and loft extensions

Over the years we have built several side, loft and rear extensions across various locations, often working in confined sites with limited access.

Refurbishments

We have undertaken many back to brick complete refurbishments of existing properties, often listed buildings. Sometimes retaining just a small percentage of the original property. Working in conjunction with the professional team we have completely rebuilt entire homes to deliver modern homes behind original period facades.

Basements

We have completed basements across south west London, Pimlico and Mayfair. Often working in confined complex sites with strict rules and regulations, yet still delivering on time and budget.

Shell & core

We have also undertaken complex structural shell and core works prior to final fit-out by others. We have successfully delivered complete facade retentions plus shell and core projects. These have included new structural layouts, adding additional floors to listed buildings, roof extensions, new basements under existing properties, new internal lift shaft to a large residential property in Mayfair etc. These projects required careful and considered structural works due to the adjacent residential properties.

New builds

Often simpler than refurbishment, new build projects allow us to start from scratch without the complications associated with working around existing structures. It not only allows for complete freedom during the design, but also a clear spacious site providing a more efficient build.
